Located on the 2nd floor with elevator in the Le Clos residence, at the foot of the Chantemerle ski lifts, this charming 2-room apartment facing full South benefits from a privileged location, in a calm environment with a clear view of the slopes from its terrace.

Perfectly suited for a family, the apartment consists of a bright living area with a living room and dining area, a BZ-type sofa bed (140 cm) offering sleeping space for two people, and a fully equipped kitchen: 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, raclette/stone grill appliance, etc.

The room is equipped with a double bed (140 cm). Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.

A private closed garage and a ski room are available for added comfort.

Il est idéalement situé au pied du telecabine et des départs des cours de ski de l'ESF.Le garage est grand et pratique d'accès.Les casiers a ski permettent des stocker 4 paires de ski sans problème.L'agence effectué un état des lieux d'entree et de sortie ce qui est rassurantLe livret d'accueil envoyé en avance par email contient les informations nécessaires.

Beaucoup d'atouts pour cet appartement: emplacement, exposition et parking sous terrain... S'il fallait lui trouver un défaut ce serait une déco un peu vieillissante... mais pour tout le reste rien à dire.
