In the heart of Perigord Noir, Dordogne, near Le Bugue, charming 3-bedroom house

Beautiful stone house renovated in 2018, the cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, it consists of a large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, 2nd living room overlooking the fenced garden , 3 bedrooms, large bathroom with separate bath and shower .WC. Bathroom and wc on the ground floor.
New bedding, very comfortable and bright rooms. Off season Heating 15 € / d.
The house is however not recommended for people with reduced mobility because the stairs are steeper than normal and there are differences in levels between the 2 stays and the bathroom.(see photos)
 Beautiful plot of 4.000 m² fenced.
In Black Perigord, 4 km from Le Bugue and all shops, you will find the beaches of the Dordogne and Vézère to swim, and also the leisure center pond Bos. (lake, pools, waterslides pedal ....)

High heritage sites: Sarlat, Montignac, Lascaux, Domme, Beynac, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Belves, Beaumont-du-Perigord, Monpazier, Limeuil, and many more sites: everything is nearby.
Amazing and contrasting landscapes, a bucolic environment, calm and sweetness of life, the Dordogne is a concentrate of natural, cultural and gastronomic riches.

enjoyable stay
We stayed here a week in July - family of 4. It was a welcome sight after a long journey, very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. It is a very quiet location, with just a neighbouring couple in an attached property but we never really heard or saw much of them. We found plenty to do locally and further afield - caves, lovely villages, ancient settlements, châteaux, canoeing, etc Could fill two, three or even four weeks here easily! Owners made sure that everything was ok for us during our stay.

Schilderachtig huisje in de Dordogne!!!
Ons verblijf is heel goed geweest in dit schilderachtige huisje in de Dordogne. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede keuken met alles erop en eraan en de badkamer met inloopdouche, bad, toilet en wasmachine was helemaal top. Bedden zijn qua comfort niet wat wij gewend zijn, zeker beneden viel dat wat tegen. Bedden boven zijn beter, maar als het warm is buiten word het boven ook heel warm. Trapje naar boven is spannend en als je slecht ter been bent is dat een uitdaging. Winkels (diverse supermarkten, bakker etc.) en andere leuke activiteiten heel dicht in de buurt en toch lekker rustig van de hoofdwegen en drukte af. Lekker ontspannen met een geweldig uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Voor- en achtertuin voorzien van voldoende (lig)stoelen en tafels. Huisje ligt midden in de natuur wat ervoor zorgt dat er wel wat ongedierte (spinnen, kevers e.d.) in huis rondkruipt en dat houdt je niet buiten de deur.

Merveilleuse découverte
Tant l'emplacement au milieu de la campagne (mais à 4 km seulement de tous les commerces) que le gîte et son magnifique jardin nous ont permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances à proximité de Sarlat et de nombreux sites à découvrir (jardins de Marquessac...). A recommander vivement.

Havre de paix proche des commerces et des lieux à visiter
Maison dans un bel écrin de verdure, calme et proche du Bugue et de ces commerces. Décorée avec goût et bien équipée, plusieurs ambiances pour prendre ses repas dehors : il ne s’agit pas d’une maison sans âme de location. Quelques marches et escaliers de meunier à prendre en compte. Accueil agréable de notre hôte. Accès facile pour les différents lieux à visiter en Dordogne.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in der Dordogne
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus mit den Sitzplätzen im Hof oder vor dem Haus. Einziger Negativpunkt: die oberen Schlafzimmer sind nicht gut isoliert und bleiben bei großer Hitze nachts sehr warm. Eine Kanne für Teetrinker (une téière) wäre gut.

Beautiful gite in quiet envirement
We loved the gite very much. We were looking for a quiet location and found it. We had all we needed in the gite. The place was easy to get to. Plenty of shopping facilities in Le Bugue. We come again.

Maison agréable
Très belle maison agréable dans un environnement tranquille, emplacement central idéal pour beaucoup de visites aux alentours (châteaux, grottes, parcs, marchés et commerces à proximité). Equipements complets pour profiter au maximum. Attention toutefois, pas mal de petits dénivelés et marches, escaliers un peu raides, ce qui n'est pas forcément adapté aux personnes à mobilité diminuée. Les WC sont dans la salle de bain, bien que fermés, un paravent ou une petit cloison aurait été souhaitable pour un accès lorsque quelqu'un est à la toilette. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, les chevreuils dans le pré en face et les cerises qui commençaient un vrai plus. Merci à Julia et Robert les sympathiques propriétaires.

PÉRIGORD NOIR
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison décorée avec goût. Idéal quand on a un chien car le terrain est spacieux et clos. La proximité avec le village Le Bugue est pratique car on y trouve tous les commerces. Le plus La Maison des Producteurs qui permet de goûter les produits locaux. Nous avons visiter tous les villages « les plus beaux villages » les gouffres et jardins avec une balade en gabardes sur la Dordogne. Robert est sympathique arrangeant et discret tout comme les voisins. Nous recommandons cette location conforme aux descriptifs de l’annonce.

Sehr charmantes Ferienhaus im Herzen von Périgord
Das Ferienhaus liegt herrlich ruhig im Grünen, schöner Blick über die Wiesen, wo sich gelegentlich Rehe zeigen. Sehr schöne, hochwertige Einrichtung, alles da, was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen.
Sehr schön gelegen . Ein schattiger Außenbereich (z.B. Pergola) wäre wünschenswert. Vielleicht wird irgendwann noch ein Pool erstellt, was die die Aufenthaltsqualität immens steigern würde. Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthaltsort und daher empfehlenswert.

Mooie, authentieke, ruime woning op een superlocatie
Wij hebben een heerlijk week gehad! De omgeving is heel erg mooi en er is een erg goede bakker op rij afstand. Het huis is heel smaakvol ingericht en heeft fijne plekken om buiten te zitten. De rust en het wijdse uitzicht is een enorme pré. Je hoort er alleen de vogels fluiten. Het trapje naar de slaapzolder is een beetje spannend maar alleen als je hoogtevrees hebt of niet goed ter been. De slaapkamer beneden is ruim en mooi maar qua klimaat een beetje zoals kamperen; wat vochtig en kleine kruipinsecten. Dat vinden wij echter geen probleem!
