"We had a room that was large which was going to be great for our family get together. When we got into it was warm. So I cranked down the ac. Went to the pool and came back and it wasn't any cooler. So called the front desk and they sent up a service tech. He couldnt fix it. And we had to move rooms. Which was smaller. Just unfortunate but they were friendly and very accommodating. "

I should have told the front desk but we were only there for a few hours to sleep before our plane took off. I didn’t sleep much because I didn’t feel safe since it was just a mom and son in a room that was missing part of the lock, plus the room next to us at the end of the hall had a missing door knob. It just felt sketchy. "

After sleeping on them, I developed neck pain and eventually had to visit a chiropractor to fix it. This was the only major downside, but it significantly affected the stay."

"Beautiful building. TV’s aren’t smart TV’s and no option for movie rentals. No fan’s in bathrooms & no usb ports for charging devices. Beds are very comfortable. "
