"First time staying here. It's roughly 8 km from downtown (old port), but factor in traffic and it takes about 30 minutes to get there (depending on the day/time, of course). The property itself gives off motel vibes. Hallways smelled as they do have some smoking rooms on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room (131 - Executive Suite, 1 Queen Bed, Hot Tub) was clean and relatively modern. Rain shower head wasn't in the best shape. Parking and Breakfast (7am-10am) was included. Super C grocery store located across the road and a Tim Horton's is just down the street. Not a bad experience, but considering what we paid won't be staying here again as it is worth paying a premium to stay closer to the downtown core."
