  • This beautiful holiday villa in Saint-Couat-d'Aude features a lovely cooling private pool. You have plenty of privacy here thanks to the fully enclosed garden and there are 2 bedrooms that can jointly accommodate 4 people. This property is suitable for families. In Capendu (6 km) you can do your daily shopping at the Intermarché. In Lézignan-Corbières (10 km) you can find all kinds of large and small shops/supermarkets. You can enjoy restaurants nearby and every Thursday you can order pizza from a food truck a few metres away. With the car you can easily travel to the various nice places in the area (such as Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Narbonne, Lagrasse, Gruissan etc. The accommodation comes with a bathroom including a shower and a sink. If you don't want to eat out one evening, you can prepare a delicious dinner yourself in the kitchen. The garden is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, and you can park your car in the car park.
    For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

An excellent holiday home

Very good value for money. Lots of kitchen equipment and implements. The pool was superb for the children and adults. The village was quiet and well placed for getting to the Mediterranean (Gruissan) and the towns of Narbonne and Carcassonne

Lack of attention.

It was in real need of some update.cleaning needs to be better, garden needs to be attended to more. Light in kitchen was hanging down showing wiring. Air con was poor. Pool was not clean at start of holiday and had to ask for it to be done. Bed linen was poor and wrong for the time of year.

Mooi, van alle gemakken voorzien, huis in heerlijk rustige omgeving. Veel privacy in de tuin met fijn zwembad. Hier en daar wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. De douche heeft een dun straaltje en gammele douchestang. Tuinkussens kapot. Verder alles goed. Ook fijn een wasmachine. We zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Magnifique location très propre avec tout le confort dans les moindres détails. La cuisine est très belle, très bien aménagée et tout est pensé pour votre bien-être. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette demeure décorée avec soin et finesse. Quant à la piscine elle est formidable ! Un seul regret ... ne pas avoir loué plus longtemps et des températures si elevees que nous n'avons pas pu visiter la région. Nous reviendrons donc sans le moindre doute ! Un grand Merci au propriétaires !

Het huis op zich is prima. Nieuwe banken en stoel. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Tuin is recent deels gesnoeid wat wel ten koste is gegaan van de privacy. Momenteel van alle kanten inkijk maar wrs is dat met een jaar of 2 wel weer op orde. Zwembad is wel aan renovatie toe ( vieze rand met gaten in de hoeken) De serre moet ook gerenoveerd worden. Bij forse regenbuien komt deze vol water te staan. Parasol zou ook fijn zijn aangezien je midden op de dag nergens uit de zon kunt zitten op het terras.

Aankomst was prima geregeld: door Kuypers Verhuur duidelijke info ontvangen over sleutel en daarbij een hartelijk welkom. Accommodatie was in orde, gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Huis, tuin en zwembad in orde, maar toch oppassen voor achteruitgang: tuin begint te verwilderen, lekkage buitenkraan, interieur begint gedateerd te raken. Met een (kleine) opknapbeurt gaat het niveau beslist van goed naar fantastisch! Omgeving: genoeg te zien en te beleven binnen bereikbare afstand, een heel mooi stukje Frankrijk. We hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad en was heerlijk om er in Corona tijd even helemaal uit te zijn. Omgeving is erg mooi. Saint Couat d Aude is een klein dorpje omringd door wijngaarden. Kruidenier die brood verkoopt is vlakbij. Veel leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Stadjes, dorpjes, canal du midi, kanoën etc. Het huis is ooit met liefde ingericht, maar ondertussen is er veel aan vervanging toe. Bijv. banken doorgezakt en het nepleer bladdert helemaal af, tafel is wankel, enige buitentafel rot weg en is wankel. Tuin kussens vies/ gescheurd. Er waren helaas erg veel (Tijger) muggen, zodat je regelmatig niet buiten wilde zitten. Airco is fijn en noodzakelijk, want is een warm huisje anders
