"Une maisonnette très prometteuse quand on la voit de l’extérieur. Située proche du bord de la rivière Elorn, l’environnement est très calme. La rénovation de cette ancienne bâtisse n’apporte qu’un confort rudimentaire : -pour atteindre la chaleur nécessaire lorsqu’il fait deux degrés à l’extérieur, ce qui fut notre cas, il n’y a qu’un convecteur électrique pour tout l’habitat.
