At the entrance, sleeping area with 2 80 cm bunk beds. Shower room (shower cubicle) with toilet. Access to the residence's free WiFi. 2 fans. Secure parking n°440 at the foot of the accommodation. Residence direct access to the beach with elevator, caretaker, green spaces. Close to shops, mini-golf and the RODIN market. PETS ALLOWED.

Bon accueil mais logement à refaire totalement

Très bon accueil (hormis le fait qu'on ne nous ait pas indiqué l'ascenseur, qu'on a découvert sur le tard, dommage pour notre arrivée avec toutes nos affaires avec escaliers jusqu'au 3eme étage,3 allers retours). Très belle vue bien qu'excentré. Pas de protection jetable pour les oreillers (qui sont sales), pas de stores ni parasol, pas de lumière sur le balcon, vitres de la baie vitrée intérieure et extérieure très sales, hotte de la cuisine obstruée de poussières qui pendent, crédence pleine de traces, pas de lumière dans le petit sas d'entrée, bouton de lampe halogène cassé, frigo non calé donc bruyant, il a mis 24h à fonctionner...c'est terrible en pleine chaleur....verrou de porte de sdb rouillé, portes de placard de la chambre ne peuvent s'ouvrir totalement car lit en bloque l'ouverture (chambre trop petite), murs poussiéreux, plinthes avec traînées de peinture, bonde de lavabo sdb cassée. Pourtant l'état des lieux de sortie a été impitoyable.
