Beautiful T2 apartment of 42.53m2 completely renovated (2018), located in the heart of the resort, close to shops and the Rodin market, on the 3rd and last floor. Facing the beach with balcony to the east of 2.84m2 equipped with a small garden furniture. Main room: living room with low sideboard, table with 4 chairs, wall-mounted TV, 140 sofa bed. L-shaped US-style kitchen: induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, microwave-grill... Pantry with washing machine, cleaning kit. A separate bedroom with a 140 bed, closet/wardrobe. Shower room (shower cubicle), small wardrobe and separate toilet. Vacuum cleaner. Functional, nicely decorated. Residence without elevator. Breathtaking view of the sea and the Albères. Private parking at the residence, not secured, at the foot of the building. PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Art beach area. Pleasant 3-storey residence without elevator offering a breathtaking view of the sea. Free collective parking at the foot of the residence. Facing the beach, close to beach clubs, shops and Place Rodin where the local market takes place twice a week in summer (1/week in the off-season).
