Un studio parfait
L'appartement est lumineux et aménagé de façon optimale. Il est très bien situé, avec toutes les animations du port et les restaurants au pied de l'immeuble, la plage à cinq minutes à pieds, une supérette pas loin... Le combo double-vitrage/clim permet de se retrouver néanmoins au calme au besoin, on n'entend plus ni la fête foraine, ni les spectacles de rue une fois toutes les vitres fermées ! La WiFi a été un vrai plus. Le parking fermé est aussi un bon avantage. Rien à redire, nous recommandons vivement !
