Driveway at the front (for 1 small vehicle) and terrace at the rear facing: west (garden furniture and charcoal barbecue). Living room: 140 cm sofa bed, TV, CD radio, pine furniture. Equipped kitchen area: 4 hotplates, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric coffee maker. Independent toilets. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 180cm bed (90X200 twin bed bases and mattresses), cupboards and small loggia. A 2nd bedroom with 1 180cm bed (90X200 twin bed bases and mattresses), cupboards. Bathroom. Possibility of parking 1 small vehicle in the narrow driveway at the front. E/W exposure. Ideal family vacation, located approx. 500m from the beach, AQUALAND and shops. RES. WITH SMALL SECURE POOL, open from 01/6 TO 30/9, subject to prefectural authorization following the drought problems in the department. PETS ALLOWED.
