Good spot to stay

Convenient to the Airport. And good location with lots of great restaurants nearby. Very convenient for bus routes and nice view if you are on the sea side.

It’s located in a really good area. It has fantastic views on the roof. And as long as it’s not Sunday morning, there are fantastic shops within an easy walking distance.

fantastic stay

we were very happy in this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast tasty even for us - vegans/vegetarians, we especially liked the fried beans and daily potatoes in skin. Centraly located in downtown St. Denis just a few steps away from the ocean. Free drinks at the lobby were very much appreciated. Would love to come back ane day.

Hotel building work not complete

First the positives. This is a brand new hotel, so everything was clean, new and spotless. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We had an early flight arrival to St.Denis and arrived at the hotel just beford 8am. We was offered breakfast and then shortly afterwards we was told our room was ready. Checked in before 10am. Now the negatives. The hotel is not finished. Work is still going on outside and every morning workmen are on site at 7am. But, one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the lovely pictures of the swimming pool and seating area since St.Denis has no beach. Unfortunately, the pool was still being built as is the onsite carpark, so you have to find alternative parking. In our room was a letter saying no kettle due to the hotel being in a pre-opening stage and free coffe downstairs. However, when I asked I had to pay 6 euros. I would not have minded had the hotel informed us before arriving so that we could have changed, but they did not. Nor have they reduced the room rate and when we complained on leaving, no discount was offered. I am sure this will be a great hotel. Just avoid for the next month or 2 until complete.

Everything ok with exception of transport and dining.Menu list was the same for the 3 nights we were there.The bus we took the car jaune went to the beach far away from hotel.Did not know that bus does not take passengers to once it got number of sitting passengers.So we were left there in the dark.Very bad experience

Nous avons du attendre 1h30 pour avoir notre chambre. L’accès au parking est payant. Pas de télé fonctionnelle pendant notre séjour. Le chambre au 5eme étage est mal insonorisée, on a entendu toute la soirée du vendredi de la musique (le rooftop, la rue, autre?) Vu l’enseigne et le montant de la chambre, le rapport qualité prix est discutable.

Faire attention de ne pas confondre "boulevard Doret" et "rue Doret", car, en effet, nous avons tourné en rond à cause de cette confusion ! Sans compter que le personnel de la station essence près de la CGSS où nous nous sommes arrêtés pour demander où se trouve l'hôtel Radisson n'a pas su nous répondre !?! Les lits sont hyper confortables et les couettes si douces. C'est la première fois que les oreillers d'un hôtel ne me font pas mal à la nuque au réveil. Le petit déjeuner est EXCELLENT ! Le personnel est sympathique.
