A charming, traditional cottage in Normandy
- A complete getaway. A stone cottage set between farm and fields, this house offers peace and calm in a beautiful natural setting. The terrace is a perfect place for sunny breakfasts of croissant from the local boulangerie and candlelit suppers or card games with only the occasional cow for company. Traditional stone kitchen and sitting-room with log burning fire create a relaxing environment. The garden is great for kids to play football, table tennis, badminton and set up tents for overnight adventures. There are tennis courts and horseriding facilities nearby and amusement parks with go-karting, skating, trampolining, laser quest, treetop climbing and rides. Soft sandy beaches are a 20 minute drive away at Brehal and Granville. Historic places like Mont Saint Michel, Bayeaux and the Normandy landing beaches and museums provide interesting day trips.
