What a welcoming

When arriving after a long journey I was met by a smile and a really service minded front desk guy, Serge! It is not often you are met with this welcoming. The location of the hotel is good and close to many things.

Très décu par l'état de cet Ibis

J'ai passé 1 nuit ici dans le cadre d'un déplacement profesionnel. Avant tout, je dois dire que j'ai été très bien accueilli, et que la personne à l'accueil a été très arrangeante. Merci pour ca. Par contre l'hotel en lui même n'est pas terrible. La salle de petit-dejeuner est OK...mais les chambres (ou en tout cas la mienne) ca ne va pas du tout. Très mauvaise insonorisation que ce soit entre les chambres, ou vers l'extérieur. On attend les voitures/camions dans la rue comme si ils étaient dans la chambre (oui oui, les fenetres étaient bien fermées). Pareil pour l'insonorisation entre les chambres.....j'entendais l'eau de la douche de mon voisin comme s'il était dans ma douche. De plus, les murs ne sont pas en très bon état non plus. Bref, les chambres font vraiment cheap.

La façade austère de cet hôtel vous réservera d’heureuses surprises…À souligner l’accueil sympathique et souriant ( merci encore Dieynaba) à toute heure de la journée et la gentillesse du service d’étage … super petit déjeuner et carte restaurant très attractive …sans doute le meilleur plan sur St Die

Tres poussiereux j ai voulu turer une couverture qui se trouvait sur une etagere j ai pris un nuage de poussiere dans les yeux pas d oreillers suplementaires on a dormi sur des oreillers epais comme des crepes la clim ronfle tte la nuit mais ne rafraichi pas la piece des gens du resto d a côte qui crient sous les fenetres jusqu a 2 heure du matin une odeur de frites quand on ouvre la fenetre pour finir un lit tres dur

Plutôt agréable

Accueil, entrée et salle de petit déjeuner ok. Petit déjeuner et dîner ok aussi (très bien même) Service exceptionnel avec Emilie qui assure de A à Z Chambre, en revanche, un peu vieillotte et pas hyper confort. Hôtel hyper chauffé comme très souvent dans les Ibis.

Bien mais peux mieux faire

Nous avons moins aimé la porte de salle de la salle qui ne ferme pas, le meuble télé cassé, savoir utiliser la douche sans se mouiller les cheveux. Nous avons aimé, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner, la literie et la localisation.
