"It was so good. Best reception staff, best in class amenities in each chalets, tents, parkings near to each stay, clean and beautiful ambience, rooms, clean bed sheets, pillows, outside fire pit, grill, cooking place, dish washer and all crockeries. Pool place also neat and good, restaurant looks great in its class. Good and tasty food. Totally vibrant. 👍we all enjoyed and defenitly will visit again."

"La chambre était prête à notre arrivée. Par contre, la boîte de kleenex était vide et n’avait pas été remplacée. J’ai aussi trouvé une pilule au sol dans la salle de bain donc je me questionne si l’aspirateur avait été utilisé. Personnel accueillant sauf le barman qui n’est jamais venu me voir ou demander si je voulais qqch. J’ai dû aller chercher une autre employée coté restaurant à 3 reprises pour avoir du service."

"We greatly appreciated the indoor and outdoor pool options - both were used to keep our family entertained during various weather conditions. The buffet breakfast was lovely and all of the staff we encountered were kind, generous and helpful. Kids under 5 eat free with an adult meal - something we learned later and were appreciative of! Lots of clean towels everywhere. The spa was lovely and accommodated us last minute. Overall a fantastic experience and we will return."

"We arrived in the middle of a downpour, glad to have booked a suite (Prestige 1) which allowed us to spend the afternoon in comfort, reading and watching the rain from the balcony overlooking the lake. Our suite was exactly as described - spacious and comfortable. We liked it’s modern, streamlined design and the fact that the kitchen appliances such as the fridge and a small dishwasher were hidden behind the white cabinet panels. The lighting deserves a mention, as well. Beautifully layered, with multiple sources and dimmers, it is highly functional and feels warm, inviting and relaxing in the evening. As the weather improved, we were able to enjoy the pool and also some quiet, more solitary moments on the decks overlooking the lake. The staff were professional, helpful and bilingual at every step. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer."

"Les points négatifs: 1) Il est écrit qu'on peut prendre possession de la chambre à partir de 14h. On arrive à 14h05 et la réception était fermée, personne sur place. Est c'est à 14h15 qu'une employée est arrivée, l'air bête et qui s'est même pas excusée. Oui c'est seulement 15 minutes de retard, mais c'est la première fois que j'arrive à un hôtel et que tout est fermé. 2) L'entrée de l'auberge est salle et mal entretenue avec des odeurs d'humidité Les points positifs: Le prix est abordable, l'emplacement est bon, la chambre est propre, rénovée et bien équipée (mini frigo, cafétière et mico onde).,"
