"Parking was full so had to leave on the road with lots of wedding bits inside. Hotel ok but tired. Room basic. No water or tea facility. Restaurant overpriced and under whelming. I had a local dish. Local Sausage and mash. Basic sausage and mash tasted like smash. Dried potatoes. Felt a bit money grabbing. "

We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "Aucun personnel physique. J’ai reçu un WhatsApp avec les instructions pour récupérer clés, le petit déjeuner est dans la chambre ( frigo/ machine à café) qui encombre la chambre. Pas de climatisation et chambre donnant sur la route et la gare au 1 er … la décoration mexicaine est vraiment curieuse pour un hôtel avec ce nom "

"Prestations et confort de qualité dans une résidence des années 70. Toit et murs recouverts de tôles en Fibro !! Appartement bien insonorisé et avec un mobilier neuf. Balcon trop petit dommage car nous avions une belle vue du Super Besse ! A recommander !"

"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."
