65 M² IN A SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE.
Quiet, at the foot of the pine forests, in an old restored building.

2.5 km from all shops.
Private parking, terrace of 30 m² half-covered and equipped with garden furniture, gas barbecue. .

House equipped for 4/5 people:
Kitchen with microwave oven, fridge / freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils.
Living room equipped with a color television, a sofa, coffee table and a sink and toilet.

1 Room for 3 persons: equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a privative toilet.

Un petit coin de paradis au coeur du sud de l'Ardèche
Le gîte à la fois isolé (calme et vue sur la vallée, à la lisière de la forêt) et proche de tout commerce. Le gîte est parfait pour une famille même de taille importante (3 enfants) et offre de nombreuses attractions (piscine, terrain de foot, table de ping pong...). Le propriétaire est discret, disponible, réactif mais avant tout très sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, ne serait ce que pour descendre les gorges de l'Ardèche. Merci Bernard !

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le gîte. Super propriété avec piscine, aire de jeux et magnifique vue. Excellent contact avec les propriétaire. Nos enfants ont également passé une chouette semaine. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Vi boede en uge i denne lejlighed og havde en dejlig oplevelse. Værten snakker kun fransk, men vi kunne sagtens forstå hinanden via Google translate mv. Jeg kan kun anbefale stedet.

Ruhig und gepflegt
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und in absolut ruhiger Lage. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben besonders den schönen, sauberen Pool genossen. Die Boules-Bahn haben wir auch mit Freude genutzt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben alles reibungslos organisiert. Als zu Beginn das WLAN nicht ging, haben sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Wir waren überrascht, dass für wenige Tage zusätzlich eine hohe Kaution von 500 EUR gezahlt werden muss, das haben wir bisher bei keiner Unterkunft erlebt. Wir hatten es vielleicht überlesen. Wir haben diese aber problemlos bei Abreise zurück erhalten, sogar großzügigerweise ohne Abzüge, obwohl wir etwas zerbrochen hatten. Da es sehr heiß war, hat uns lediglich eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer gefehlt, aber das wussten wir ja vorher, wir hatten nur nicht mit so einer Hitze gerechnet. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Très bon accueil, Laurence et Bernard sont très sympathiques, le gite se trouve dans cadre magnifique, dans un grand terrain très bien aménagé, en particulier pour notre petite fille de 4 ans. Gite à recommander.

Super séjour
La maison est top et la propriété vraiment belle. Tout est prévu pour que nous passions un bon séjour et Bernard et Laurence sont vraiment accueillants. Bien situé, la maison est isolée mais en même temps proche des commerces. Nous recommandons et espérons y revenir!

Excellentes vacances, gite très agréable, bien situé, bonne disposition avec enfants, bon accueil
Laurence et Bernard font tout pour personnaliser et nous permettre de profiter au mieux de notre séjour en Ardèche, y compris avec un pot de bienvenue avec les autres résidents des gîtes. Piscine agréable, espace pour jeu de boules, ping-pong, jeux de ballon, très jolie vue dégagée sur l’est, terrasse ombragée permettant de prendre tous les repas dehors, la disposition intérieure du gîte avec deux chambres un peu séparées, chacune avec leur salle d’eau nous a permis partager cette semaine avec nos petits enfants en toute harmonie. Situation idéale près d’Aubenas pour visiter cette belle région.

Tout pour d'excellentes vacances!
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, en famille, dans une ambiance calme et sympathique. Le gîte est joliment décoré et très bien équipé « comme à la maison ». Son accès est indépendant. La piscine est belle, située un peu à l’écart des gîtes, elle très appréciable pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Idéalement situé pour découvrir le Sud Ardèche vers les Monts ou vers les Gorges. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets.
