The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Fortunately 2 very kind men paid for me which was lucky as I had 2 tired kids in the car. Bed linen and bathroom clean, but loads of stains on the floor."
