"The hotel rooms need updating. We book an hour before arriving but Hotel.com had not sent it through to the hotel. The receptionist gave us the room and said she would sort it out. Which she did telling us it came through 2 hours after we arrived "

"The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice. Breakfast itself was not very good. Most of the selection was not hot just warm at best."

"Okay room, pool was nice. Air con very loud so had to switch it off at night in 36C temperature, barely any sleep then a fire alarm at 4.20am from what I understand as breakfast prep being burnt. Disappointing"
