We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. "The house was big and spacious, and very well equipped. It had A big garden and a nice swimming pool which the children loved! We didn’t t use the air conditioning as there was a lovely breeze to keep us cool enough, and an awning over the patio table to shade us from the sun when having lunch or dinner outside. We used the BBQ several times. We loved Balaruc with its many restaurants on the edge of lake Thau, and the beautiful town of Sete and its lovely beaches close by."

"Absolutely loved our 12 night stay here and really want to go back again next year! Serge who looks after the villa was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed (merci beaucoup Serge!) Inside the villa we enjoyed the aircon in the lounge whilst playing pool. In the bedrooms there were fans available. The amount of outdoor space was fantastic and there was plenty of shade when required as well as sun loungers for sunbathing by the private pool.
