bad housekeeping and communication.
Had to pay for towels sheets cleaning due to lack of cooperation from owner. we were expected to use 2 towels (1 each) for 13 days. We were Lied to about fridge and cooker hood light bulbs not working. Although the owner told us they were working the week before our arrival it was found that the fridge didnt have a light anyway and the cooker hood bulbs were missing so how could they have ever worked. On our arrival we could not contact owner on his mobile because he had blocked the calls and we couldnt email him because internet was down, however his mobile phone managed to work okay when he tried to make contact with us 4 times to check we would be out of the appartment on time. We had to de frost the fridge because we couldnt open the freezer compartment door, we had to empty the bucket under the air conditioning unit condensor pipe every day to stop it overflowing onto the balcony. When we arrived at he property we were pleased to find a welcome pack of wine,biscuits and water but we were shocked to find all the cupboards full of somebody elses opened packets of food which meant we had no storage space for our own food.
In summary this appartment was handed over in an unfit condition and once contacted the owner made no attempt to rectify the situation.,I have never experienced such an amateur attempt of letting a holiday appartment.
