Magnificent Creole type villa of 200 M2 including 140 M2 of living space on landscaped grounds with swimming pool of 1070 M2.
Newly built, Creole type, you can fully enjoy our island with maximum comfort.
The Roche Blonval district is a residential district, located between Saint François and Saint Anne. It is a quiet area where you can fully rest.

You are 5 km from the center of Saint François and less than 2 km from the sea.
Saint François is the ideal destination to discover Guadeloupe. The city is known for its magnificent beaches, its shops, its marina, its international golf course and its many other curiosities and local activities.
In addition, the human dimension of the island will allow you to visit all of it from the very location of the villa.

The house consists of a large living / dining room, a kitchen open to the living room and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

The living room has an area of 30m2 open onto the terrace and the private swimming pool.
The main suite has a large volume (23 M2) and has its own bathroom. You will find a large 160 cm bed. The bedroom overlooks the terrace and the swimming pool.
The other two bedrooms have an area of 13 m2. One has a large 160 cm bed, the second a 140 cm bed.

All rooms are air conditioned.

The terrace has sunbathing, table and chairs, as well as an outdoor lounge to make the most of the exceptional climate of Guadeloupe

The 10m x 5m pool is equipped with an integrated spa. It has all the child protection necessary to make the most of it in peace.
An outdoor barbecue and a pizza oven are at your disposal to make you enjoy wonderful moments with family or friends.

The house has an unobstructed view of a magnificent cane field, and with an unobstructed view you will see the Basse Terre part of the island.

You can park your vehicle inside the property.


To welcome you and accompany you throughout the stay, you will benefit from a concierge at your service (delivery of keys, welcome cocktails, maintenance and cleaning on your arrival and departure….)

A deposit check in the amount of € 1,500 will be given upon arrival at the concierge.
This check will not be cashed and will be returned to you after your departure.

Bonne communication avec les gestionnaires, gentils et prêts à aider. Agréable séjour malgré quelques petits problèmes : la moindre pluie faisait sauter le disjoncteur du portail, oreillers inconfortables, chasse d'eau d'une des toilettes qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien, petits problèmes avec le frigo. Nous avons aimé notre séjour tout de même. La villa est superbe, avec une grande cour. Tout près de Saint-François. Merci!

Une semaine passée dans cette maison et tout s'est super bien passé ! Ingrid et son mari nous ont super bien accueillis, la maison est très bien agencée et très bien aménagée ! On à l'impression d'être chez nous , il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment.Une grande piscine sécurisée pour les enfants avec un jacuzzi et un jardin magnifique viennent compléter cette maison, c'est top !

Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueilli par Véronique dans cette belle maison de style créole. L’intérieur est décoré et meublé avec soin, l’extérieur est magnifique! Et le tout est bien entretenu. La terrasse avec son coin à manger et son salon est vraiment spacieuse et la piscine avec son coin jacuzzi est top! De plus, le jardin est bien arboré avec de beaux arbres exotiques. Saint-François est à 10 minutes et Sainte-Anne à 15 minutes. Il y a plusieurs plages à proximité. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa et la recommandons vivement!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La villa est spacieuse , décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. La piscine , le jardin et la très grande terrasse sont topissimes. L’accueil et les échanges sont très chaleureux.
