Location was wonderful, just near enough to a local bar for a quick sundowner before heading back for a pool side evening. "The house was not clean and old. Lots of spiderwebs and spiders inside the house. It can be a beautiful place with the castle and all but it’s not well maintained. There is a lot weeds and the playground equipment are defective. The pool is loose at the edges."

"Het huis was geweldig en de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk . Voor ons was dit gedeelte van de Dordogne te vlak. we houden van motorrijden en in dit gedeelte miste we de bergen en ook de mooie wandelroutes. Ook was het te warm om dit alles te ondernemen, misschien hadden we meer ondernomen als het wat kouder was. Maar de vrijheid van de accommodatie was geweldig. Dankjewel Serge en zijn vrouw, het gaat jullie goed."

"We had a really lovely week in France. The house was very well equipped and spotless. The garden was beautiful with an amazing view. The pool was amazing: the water was kept at 30 degrees as promised and the jacuzzi was also very appreciated - the kids loved it! The owners delivered freshly made bread every morning if written on the board the night before. We explored many places in the region: all within an easy drive. We would love to come to back sometimes and thank-you for a great...

"Magnifique demeure ancienne en pierre, decorée avec goût. Un grand escalier monumental historique ! Tout le nécessaire y est. Le fait de devoir sortir dans la rue pour accéder au jardin n’est pas idéal mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce. Un peu trop sur la rue à notre goût mais les nuisances sonores restent acceptables."
