Half level (access by 6 steps): 1 bedroom with dressing room (1 double bed 160x200 cm). Terrace and garden with round swimming pool, land of 1500 m². Country barn renovated in a preserved natural setting, quiet, with a plot of 1500 m² facing south-west and panoramic views. Lots of charm and character with personalized decoration with objects brought back from the owners' distant travels. Several shaded outdoor spaces for relaxation, round swimming pool (diameter 4 m - depth 1.20 m), ping-pong table, hammock. Very close to shops and services open all year round, in Novalaise or St Genix sur Guiers (8 km). Possibility of a Drive service for your food shopping on your arrival, offered by the owner.
