"If you expect the same standard of staff, effeciency, breakfast variety, generosity and quality as in Scandinavian hotels you will be disappointed. We spent 30 minutes on the check in procedure and 10 on the check out - self check-in and -out wasn't possible. If you arrive late at night with three kids and are stressed by dysfunctional transports when leaving these things matters. No extra pillows, blankets or towels on the room and no extra toiletpaper-rolls. However clean, quiet and comfortable beds."
