"A. Great location if you just got off at the Haupbahnhoff, the main train station. An easy 3-5 minute walk with rolling luggage across from the famous Hotel Atlantic. B. The staff was friendly. C. I added the breakfast when booking the room. Plentiful all-u-can-eat buffet with healthy foods. Choices from Eggs and bacon (German style) Muesli and cereals. Fresh rolls, breads, butter, jams, cold cuts Pancake/waffle maker All kinds of machine made coffees or late s. Teas, juices, etc Fresh fruit and more It makes sense to add this to your bill 19€ since the street doesn’t have restaurants next to it. You would have to walk to the other side of the Hauptbahnhof to get to those places (20 minutes walk). EST there and start your day after you go back to your room and brush your teeth after the buffet. D. Rooms for one person (myself) was good enough for two. Small bathrooms to be expected in Europe but clean clean clean. For the price and location I chose this hotel."

"The hotel is about 17 minutes away from Hamburg central station. It is a good location and a safe one. It is walkable. Bus # 12 runs right in front of the hotel. There is a train within 4 minutes walk, but I can’t remember its number. It has some food places within walking distance. It was, however, difficult to find anything open before 6 pm. Sunday many places are closed. We walked to central station daily because of our plans to see sites required using public transportation. Therefore, we bought food near central station. Plenty of Resturants and stores to buy fruits, etc. The hotel staff are nice and responsive, we want to specifically thank Micaela for taking care of our many questions and responding to our needs for a quiet room, etc. She was very helpful, polite and welcoming. The room is spacious with siting area( desk and lounge chair). One small open space that they considered closet, but it is really not enough. We made it work. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee & tea maker. They provide water, coffee, tea, cream & sugar. No safe which we paid extra for premier plus room so that we can have all the above plus a safe. The one thing I am hoping for is that they will pull the rug out of the rooms and replace with wood floors. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."
