"This hotel was exactly what we needed. The staff was super nice the host for the games from was super cool and the bartenders. Glen, Courtney, Jonelle , Kareem ( I think ) The lady in the sports lounge/ club. The manager of Haven was so nice ! The entertainment was awesome . The tall dark skin young man , the light skin guy then kept doing flips . The foam party . Me and my fiance won 2 games. The only issue we had was our room smelled funny when we checked in . It seems like it was mopped with a dirty mop. But we were switched to another room. It took a while but they manager did her thing and accommodated us a quickly as she could ; it was my finances bday so she made sure it was with the wait and she was so kind and understanding that I was just annoyed . She was a light skin lady with beige pants I think her name was Seamona.. something like that. The manager of the entertainment staff was nice. We met some
People that complained about the food temperature, maybe they went late but everything we ordered and at was GOOD! Buffet and all . I can say we had no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay and even tho I may not return to Antigua because I am a one and done island person , I would definitely recommend this hotel
