Dans un village avec commerces de proximité, agréable maison rénovée avec goût (2021) comprenant un vaste séjour avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et un canapé convertible deux places (140), une cuisine aménagée et équipée avec une table haute, une première chambre en mezzanine avec un lit deux couchages (160), coffre de rangement sous le lit ainsi qu'une penderie, une seconde chambre en enfilade avec un lit superposés deux couchages (2x90), une salle d'eau et d'un WC séparé avec lave-linge. La maison ne dispose pas d'extérieur, stationnement possible dans la rue.

Le Plus de cette location à la mer : environnement calme aux pieds des pistes, accès privilégié pour se rendre à la plage de La Gautrelle en vélo.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt hat. Die Lage war hervorragend. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, ohne viel Durchgangsverkehr. Es war für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind perfekt. Aber auch mit zwei Kindern wäre es kein Problem. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis wir die 2 Fahrräder gefunden haben (kleine Scheune auf der anderen Straßenseite). Damit ist man in 10-15 min am Strand, der sehr schön und sauber ist. Mit dem Auto sind es fünf Minuten. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir können es sehr empfehlen.
