PRETTY HOUSE WITH GARDEN AND PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE BEACH BY THE DUNES

Very nice house with 400mÂČ garden, ideal for families. BBQ available, closed garage, all equipment available (washing machine, line dryer).

The house has 7 beds:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200)
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed (160X200)
- 1 children's room with 3 bunk beds

Separate bathroom, with Italian shower and double sink. Separate toilets. The main room has a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa.
The 2 outdoor terraces equipped with large dining tables allow you to enjoy the sun, and eat outside according to the different sunshine. The outdoor terrace is equipped with a large BBQ and is sheltered by an awning.

The house is located on a private road, very quiet, allowing direct access to the sandy Vineyard beach through the dunes.
The house is close to shops, you can also take advantage of the Dolus market (5 minutes by car or bicycle). A few km from La CotiniĂšre, you can go eat ice cream or buy your fresh fish.

Tout d'abord les Ă©changes avec Adeline et JĂ©rĂŽme, nos hĂŽtes, ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ables, un contact trĂšs agrĂ©able pour la prĂ©paration de notre sĂ©jour.Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis sur place pour la remise des clefs et la prĂ©sentation de la maison.Elle Ă©tait conforme Ă  la description, Ă©lĂ©gante, lumineuse, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e.la proximitĂ© de la plage est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable avec les enfants, moins de 5 minutes Ă  pieds et elle est trĂšs belle, avec un magnifique couchĂ© de soleil Ă  ne pas manquer !Les environs sont agrĂ©ables, peut de monde en cette pĂ©riode de mai, avec une belle semaine ensoleillĂ©e.il y a de magnifiques balades Ă  dĂ©couvrir Ă  bicyclette , en forĂȘt, dans les marais, les pistes sont bien flĂȘchĂ©es, c'est trĂšs facile,on a adorĂ© !Adeline et JĂ©rĂŽme, si nous en avons l'opportunitĂ©, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Niet wat we hadden verwacht

Beste, Het verblijf voldeed totaal niet aan onze verwachtingen. We hadden ons vooral laten leiden door de locatie en door de beschrijving van het huis op jullie site. Gezien wij in het verleden reeds enkele malen via jullie een vakantiehuis hadden geboekt namen wij aan dat de normen die jullie hanteren altijd even hoog waren. Niet dus in dit geval. Gelukkig voor ons hadden we nu een reis gepland met zijn twee. Wat stoorde ons; Bij aankomst bleek dat de tuin een wildernis was. Bij het binnengaan bleek dat het huis behoorlijk klein was (niet voor ons 2 ). Maar gezien het verhuurd wordt als een vakantiewoning met 4 slaapkamers en dus voor 8 personen kan gebruikt worden... In de salon staat bvb 1 bank (die niet proper was tussen de kussens) waarop je mogelijk met zijn drieën kan plaatsnemen. Bijkomend staan er 2 ongemakkelijke plastic tuinzetels. Keukenstoelen en kasten waren ook niet proper. Deksel van de vuilbak was vies. Voor andere personen is er geen ruimte. De bedden waren oncomfortabel hoog,hard en smal. Een bed van 1,40m kan je moeilijk als Queensize verkopen. Bij Queensize spreken we toch van 1,60m Netheid; veel stofdraden en spinnewebben. Vaatwas niet OK. Dit huis is VRBO onwaardig of wij hebben ons vergist in VRBO.

Séjour d'une semaine à Oléron

TrÚs bon séjour aux sables vigniers. Endroit situé à proximité d'une grande plage (prevoir des chaussons pour les pieds sensibles). Maison agréable et lumineuse bien agencée. Environnement assez bruyant le soir en pleine saison (camping non loin avec musique jusqu'à minuit). Bon contact avec les propriétaires et la dame chargée de nous accueillir qui ont été trÚs arrangeants pour les arrivées et départs.

Bel emplacement pour vacances en famille

Nous avons sejourné une semaine dans cette jolie maison bien rénovée agréable pour une famille, à proximité immédiate de la plage. Super cuisine bien équipée. Dommage que les equipements extérieurs etaient manquants, les chaises inconfortables et cassées, manquantes à l'intérieur (4 chaises pour une location pour 9). cest juste vu le prix de la location inadapté

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist in 5-10 Minuten am Strand. Die KĂŒche ist sehr modern und gerĂ€umig und es gibt genĂŒgend Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Die BĂ€der waren sehr schön, modern und sauber. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Vielen Dank :)

Parfait séjour

Notre arrivĂ©e s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©e, nadine est trĂšs gentille. Nous avons regrettĂ©s que le mĂ©nage effectuĂ©s par les prĂ©dĂ©cesseurs ne soient pas mieux effectué  mais l’emplacement, l’ordonnancement des chambres et son accĂšs direct plage, vous fait tout oubliĂ© ! MĂȘme le camping avec nuisance jusqu’a minuit. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs reactif et joignable. Je le remercie pour le parasol en cette pĂ©riode de canicule, il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs utile. Je recommande vivement cette maison, si vous ĂȘtes entres amis c’est ideal ! Chacun son espace nuit et salle d’eau c’est top! Bon sejour aux prochains ! Nous reviendrons, pour sĂ»r !

Tres chouette maison. TrĂšs agrĂ©able. Le chemin privĂ© Ă  la mer est en fait un chemin privĂ© Ă  la rue, la description n’est donc pas fausse mais un peu trompeuse. La literie (couvre-lits et couettes) n’est pas ou ne donne pas l’impression d’ĂȘtre propre. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e
