"This was a great hotel to stay in for our quick trip to Lyon. It is a great location that is walkable to lots of sitesa and shopping. It is in an area with a lot of one way streets and pedestrian only roads so it was very difficult for the Uber to get to the hotel. If possible easy drop of point was only 2 blocks away. Front desk staff were very friendly "

"I had a great 6 day stay at Pilo. The pods are a great way to have a bit of privacy and feel like you're more in your own space, though don't be fooled – it's still fundamentally a hostel, but loads better if you find having to interact with people a bit awkward. The attached coffee shop/bar/restaurant is great. I was quite unwell one night which was a nightmare in a shared room, probably equally if not moreso for the other people in the room but the Pilo staff were so helpful. I think my only real niggle is that whilst the bedding is perfectly serviceable and the beds comfy enough (and, fundamentally, you'd be a fool to expect luxury high thread count linen at these prices) it would be much nicer with relatively little outlay with some better pillows (also, it's in the name!)"
