"A pleasantly surprising stay in the Saumur/ Doué-la-Fontaine area of the Loire. This property while modern is a gem, we benefited from a comfortable clean and pleasant family room, with a window opening up onto their rear garden area. "Fabulous stay in a quaint building sympathetically restored. A highly quality guesthouse and host was very welcoming. Made minor alterations to the breakfast which made our stay even better as the children happy with food choices. The host has a fab website with links to shops and restaurants and made our overnight stop incredible. "

"I can't fault this wonderful manoir - Francois and Dominique were the perfect hosts Beautiful large room with a lovely, comfortable 4 poster bed. Very well appointed and full of beautiful antiques Dinner and breakfast were superb and the attention to detail quite lovely The manor is in a beautiful setting close to the Loire River It was lovely to practice our French with Francois and Dominique - if we are in the area again we will most definitely come back I would highly recommend this manoir"
