"The hotel is very quiet, nicely appointed rooms - though I felt that my bathroom needed updating. It felt dated and the toilet seat had marks on it which, though they were scratches, made it look unsightly. The TV main menu shows functions for casting from a device, yet it doesn't work. Breakfast is very overpriced for what it is, walking to a cafe nearby and getting croissants/coffee and juice was much more reasonable. The staff were very professional, attentive and polite. I would stay here again, especially as it is so central. "

"This hotel had everything we needed for a short stay in Toulouse. Clean, modern rooms, friendly reception desk, great location right in the center of town and a short walk to the train station. "

"Perfect location. Depending on where your room is (ours was next to a passageway below), we were on the 4th floor and the echo of people would resonate. The weather was perfect for open window sleeping, but I was awaken in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, so I had to close the window. The duvets were a little too heavy and early for early October. I wish I had a lighter blanket. I prefer cooler than warm when I sleep."

"I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable "
