"Wat een prachtig huis, mooie kamers, zoveel mooie details. Alles is met zorg op elkaar afgestemd. We hadden de suite, 2 kamers in het hoofdgebouw, een met tweepersoonsbed en 1 kamer met 3 bedden. Wel voor allebei de kamers een eigen badkamer. Ook prachtig! We kwamen aan op zo’n beetje de heetste dag van het jaar. Gelukkig konden we meteen het heerlijke zwembad in. "Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "

A wonderful holiday

"The gite was very clean and comfortable, and everything was provided that we needed. The owner, Fabien, was very helpful, before and during the holiday, offering suggestions of places to visit and telling us about the history of the region.Great hospitality was shown to us. We appreciated our visits to both local and regional venues such as Nimes,Uzes, and the Cevennes National Park, and the pool was a great asset to us on very hot afternoons. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Merci Fabien."
