"Around 2006, the owners, Jacqueline and Daniel, decided to turn an old stone house near their own place into a Gite. The work was done with a lot of care. The main area has a master bedroom and bath. For families with children, the attic space has an additional 3 beds and a half-bath. Off the kitchen-dining area is a large enclosed garden with table and chairs for outdoor eating. "Lovely little gite with a fantastic pool and outside area. We stayed for 2 weeks.l (family of 4 and dog) and really enjoyed it. Sarlat is a great town to visit and the gite is located well for walking into town and getting out and about."

"Lets begin with the good things: a lovely terrace with a great view and enough space inside for a small family. A few minor points however: the house was not clean when we arrived, there was no television (and I love the Tour the France so i had appreciated it if the landlords had told us), there was no wifi (we knew that beforehand) and the matrasses in the two-beds bedroom were below minimum level. So, all in all, we were a bit disappointed. "

"We stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2023. We arrived and Ariane (owner) had been let down by her cleaners so there was a small delay before entering the property. However once we gain entry we were more than happy with the accommodation and facilities. We were a family of 7- 4,8,9 children, parents and grandparents. "The accommodation was comfortable and the host was very friendly. Thé gîte is in a good area if you want to use it as a base for touring. The swimming pool is a delight. Most of the day out touring followed by a swim at teatime. Great combination. Oh and the biscuits were great. Thank you."

"We stayed for 10 days in late July. We were staying with friends and there were 8 of us in total with both families having 2 children. The set up of the house is perfect for travelling with 2 families with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom for each family on either side of the house. The annex would have been perfect for grandparents or an additional family. The property was light and bright and the air conditioning was such a treat meaning comfortable nights for us and the kids.
