This beautiful 3-bedroom home in the heart of Saint-Germain-en-Laye is the ideal place to stay with family, friends, or for a business trip. Its central location allows you to leave your car on-site and get around on foot or by public transportation. The St Germain-en-Laye train station (RER A—Paris–La Défense) is an 8-minute walk away.
The layout and decor are tasteful, and the amenities will ensure you have a very pleasant stay.

This beautiful, recently renovated two-story house is laid out as follows.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
★a living area with a comfortable sofa, coffee tables, and a smart TV.
★A dining room with a large table that seats 6 to 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals with the family.
★A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
★A small private courtyard.
Upstairs:
★Two bedrooms with double beds featuring new mattresses, one bedroom with a 160-cm bed and the second with a 140-cm bed.
★A large bathroom with a tub/shower, a double-sink vanity, a washer and dryer, and a toilet area.
★The third bedroom, located on the mezzanine, is very cozy and features a 140 cm bed.

You have access to the entire house.

The house is located right in the center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. All shops are within walking distance.

You can do everything on foot; the Saint-Germain-en-Laye train station is an 8-minute walk away. The RER allows you to reach Paris and La Défense in half an hour. Paid parking spaces are available right in front of the house. You’ll find an underground parking garage 200 meters away—the QPark garage at Place du Marché.

We require a 500-euro security deposit via the STRIPE platform for guests who have fewer than 3 reviews on Airbnb or a rating below 4.5.
We ask that you respect the neighborhood by being polite and courteous.
Please remove your shoes inside the house.
We ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 8 PM and 9 AM.
We reserve the right to enter the property in case of an emergency, even if you are not present. We will notify you of our visit.
