Not clean , very bad breackfast , no lift to the sixth floor,
You can't even find the very basic stuff like shampoo and sleepers
The only good thing was that the reception staff were friendly !

Great stay, we stayed in the penthouse, it was the biggest paris hotel i have ever stayed in. the staff were absolutely amazing, couldn't have asked for more. they were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean, and the hotel well situated. the only issue i had was i wish there had been milk in the room for coffee and there was also no iron. but other than thats honestly i cant complain about anything!! will be back for sure and will recommend.

Very comfortable. Air conditioning a godsend in Paris in July. Staff very helpful. Great location. Excellent restaurant nearby.

"Broken furniture upon arrival. Dirty carpets in hallways, other furniture gets broken by cleaning and left for us to discover at midnight, promised to be fixed by staff however nothing happened. Dialog with the hotel afterwards has been very slugish. We will not return."

"Obviously the continental breakfast was superior to the English breakfast on offer but there was plenty of choice and the coffee was delicious! Staff were really helpful and knowledgable And the building was lovely We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely chose for our next Disneyland ..."
