Nous avons apprecié le calme du gîte et aussi explorer la region. les chateaux,les eglisés,etc.Le vin á Domaine du Chapitre est, deux minutes Excellent! .La piscine á St Aignan aussi trés bien avec deux piscines chauffées. "The cottage, attached to the owner’s farmhouse, but quiet and private, has been recently renovated to the highest standard. Enormous care has been given to every detail, high-quality appliances and bed linen, lovely furnishings and comfy beds. There is a large, heated, perfectly clean pool right out in front and a large garden where the children can play. "Precious little farmhouse in a village not far from Blois. Marie-Claire and Marie-Claude were both very attentive and gracious hosts. Upkeep of the house could have been a little better but considering it is a 400+ year old house it was quite pleasant. It would be nice if the history of the house was posted somewhere. Would have loved to know how this house was used back in the day. Overall enjoyed our brief stay."
