Rents summer / winter a flat sleeps 4 in pretty village of St Gervais les Bains, ski resort Evasion Mt Blanc, thermal center of Fayet nearby.
Composed of a mezzanine with a 140 bed, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet, a wardrobe and a main room that includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa.
The decoration is neat, the apartment is very well maintained. It is equipped with a flat screen, DVD player, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and a very complete equipment of kitchen utensils including raclette oven, fondue set, steam cooker. It has a south-facing balcony facing the Mont Blanc, on which it is possible to take meals and has a ski locker and a private parking space.

A lovely, quiet appartment, clean and well-equipped . We had a great week skiing and found it very easy to drive down and park (free) at the cable- car station. Francoise was very welcoming and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. A really lovely stay and we would definitely go back!

Résidence calme et facile d’accès idéal pour passer une semaine à pratiquer le ski : un bémol pour les places de parking non dégagées, un oubli je pense. Contacts et conseils avec la propriétaire utiles et impeccables : merci. Pratique les casiers à skis. Navette gratuite pour accès au téléphérique du Bettex en 5 mn, qui nous emmène directement aux pistes ou accès en voiture avec grand parking. Location à recommander.

L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et géographiquement très bien situé. Très belle vue sur le Massif du Mont Blanc et les dômes de Miage depuis le salon et le balcon. Aucun souci en cas de neige car la route d'accès est toujours déneigée. Le contact avec Madame Arnault est très facile et les réponses sont toujours très rapides.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et exposé plein Sud avec une très belle vue sur le Mont Blanc, parking extérieur privatif. Départ des chemins de randonnée au pied du chalet, remontées mécaniques à 2 mn en voiture. Très bonne location.

Nous avons trouvé cet appartement très bien situé par rapport aux commerces et aux remontées mécaniques (2 kms). Logement convivial, très bien équipé, avec un esprit montagnard, qui nous met dans l'ambiance de suite. La propriétaire, bien que n'étant pas sur place ,fait confiance aux locataires. J'avais un peu peur, mais pas de crainte, tout était nickel quand nous sommes arrivés et nous avons fait de même à notre départ. J'y retournerai sans problème.

A 5 minutes du télécabine du Bettex, cet appartement est très bien conçu et très fonctionnel... mais aussi cosy et avec beaucoup de charme... après une journée de ski, ce petit nid douillet vous accueille pour des soirées familiales agréables... Merci pour cette belle trouvaille...

Charmant petit appartement décoré avec gout, à 5mn des thermes et du centre du Fayet , résidence calme face au Mont Blanc Idéal pour 4 personnes, avec tout confort, nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 3 semaines ,de plus beaucoup de loisirs à faire en famille comme l'accro branches,mini golf et surtout le parc de Merlet qui est à voir absolument la propriétaire reste à votre écoute et disponible avec beaucoup de sympathie Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir

Très bel appartement, propre' bien équipé. Magnifique vue sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc du balcon. La situation géographique permet d accéder à divers lieux touristiques. Beaucoup de départ de randonnées avec des paysages superbes (cascades, forêts, lacs...)

Mes 2 enfants, ma compagne et moi même avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement avec vu sur le mont blanc. Très belle décoration montagnarde, pratique et convivial pour une famille souhaitant passer de bonne vacances. Je recommande cette location et reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Propriétaire très sympathique .
