In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.8 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.3 km. Tennis 4.3 km, minigolf 4.3 km, sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ice rink 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
"La royale", 1-room studio 29 m2 on 3rd floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
