Quiet functional studio in Saint-Gervais centre, foothills of Mont Blanc

Bright and quiet apartment in the village centre close to facilities and shops. Ski and thermal baths shuttles 30 m in front of the building. Free covered parking 40 m. Ski lift 5 minutes which is ideal for skiers, Spa clients and hikers. Discover cable cars, caves, walks and mountain rides, museums and rack trains (tramway of the Mont Blanc) on site that lead you 2300 m in altitude to a glacier surrounded by more than 4000 m peaks and Montenvers Mer de Glace 20 km. Many spectacular glaciers to see again and again in the region. I wrote a small practical guide about the region that I can send by e-mail so that you can prepare your holiday. Charges (water and electricity) included.
At your disposal in the studio: raclette and fondue machines, coffee machine, toaster, micro-wave, DTT television, radio, baby cot, booster seat, kettle, universal electrical adaptor, small garden furniture on the balcony, board games and books (novels and comics).

The accommodation is composed of 2 double beds and a folding bed so it sleeps up to 5.

A service of sheets, towels and table linen rental is offered by the dry cleaner’s “Neige et Soleil” in the village centre.
We can issue an invoice so that you can be reimbursed by the social security (if a course of treatment has been recognise as necessary) or by your works council for your leaves.

Small and very functional studio ideally located and perfect for a ski week or to spend pleasant holidays in summer and discover the mountain fauna and flora.

bonjour Appartement très bien situé dans le centre ville calme et lumineux.Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec une météo de rêve... Petit b- Nous avons du faire un grand ménage en arrivant car derrière les meubles et dans les placards pas très propres et peut être penser a changer le BZ du bas on a pas réussi a bien le mettre en position canapé ... mais bon en dehors de ces petits tracas très bon séjour Merci.

never seen such a dirty cooker... avoid this plac

cooker and fridge filthy , only one set of keys supplied made access difficult for all people staying in appartment.Very disappointing.

agréable studio tranquille et bien situé

studio bien agencé bien situé et calme ; je ferais deux remarques Me Rosset ne s'est pas ou se situe le local à skis ! et je ne sais qui fait l'état des lieux mais franchement il y a à redire sur la propreté ! j'ai trouvé casserole sale , ainsi que l'appareil à raclette ,et il ne faut pas trop regarder dans les coins . pas grave nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour .

Good sized studio apartment in centre of town

Ideally located within the main square of Saint Gervais. Short 10 min walk to the main cable car (Saint Gervais Bettex) lift up the mountain, or 2 min walk to the free bus. Saint Gervais is located approximately 1 hour drive from Geneva airport, we usually hire a car for convenience, and there is plenty of free parking in a covered car park approximately 100m from the apartment. The surrounding area and mountain is ideal for all skiing / snowboarding abilities, and provides an expansive and very beautiful location to explore, the ski area covered by the Saint Gervais lift pass includes Saint Gervais, Megeve, Saint Nicolas, or by buying an Evasion Mon Blanc pass you also have access to Les Contamines (ideal if there isn't much snow), and Chamonix (for 1 day) Great value apartment, ideal for small groups or families (2 x double beds, and 1 x single pull-out bed), without feeling cramped. Apartment has all the facilities you could need during your stay, whether you plan to eat in, or out at one of the many restaurants in the village. Good regular communication from Laurent (owner), very helpful if you have any questions about the apartment or surrounding area. Highly recommended apartment, and will definitely look to stay again in future.
