Skisport facilities 2.7 km, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 2.7 km, ice rink 9.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
1-room studio 21 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating, boiler. Small terrace, north facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at 75 m. Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. 60 steps to access the residence. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
