"Apartamento hecho con materiales de mala calidad, puertas no cierran, cosas no acabadas... y lo que es peor, las ventanas no aíslan y el apartamento no tiene calefacción, sólo te dejan un radiador eléctrico en el armario. Pasé mucho frío. Además, chico te mete presión día anterior con hora de llegada (me gusta llegar a los alojamientos sin presión, cuando puedo) y luego tuve que esperarlo media hora en la calle, pasando frío. Ah, TV no funciona. Que, a todo esto, no soy tiquis-miquis y me hago...

"The flat is exactly what the pictures show, large, with two separate bedrooms, each with a space that can be conveniently used as an office if you are a professional traveler. The view on the cathedral and place Saint-Pierre is stunning. Everything from small shops to groceries restaurants and bars is within walking distance. You can walk to the St Roch train station or take the tram. The neighborhood is quiet (which is quite a miracle in the historical quarter). Conversation with the owner on...

"I notified the hotel about our arrival to Marseille, renting a car, going to Gaya Hotel. When we arrived- no signs of a hotel at this address. Nobody answered multiple calls. It was no way for us to get into the property. We contacted Hotels.com and after three hours phone with them they were able to find another hotel for us for the whole duration of stay. Otherwise, we would have to sleep in the street or in the car. For all my years of travel I have never encountered such a behavior, totally...
