Very regimented instructions we had to follow, including taking the trash out ourselves and undoing the laundry. Never had to do that before in a rental. None of those housekeeping details were on the booking info. It was not a relaxing stay. Glad we were only there 1 night!"

"These are units within Le Village Cancalais holiday residence. They are very close to the Cancale port where they are numerous wonderful restaurants. The units are a bit cramped with very narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The toilet is downstairs, while the bedrooms and showers are upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom supplies are a bit light and sparse. This is a standard French rental, so it's BYO supplies, but I found it unusual that the bathrooms don't even have hand soap. The...
