This Charleston-style row house is located in the popular Marina Village. The home has 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and balcony, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 guests. The home is less than a 5-minute bike or golf cart ride from the beach. Amenities such as the Marina pool, the Bonito Boathouse, boat launch, and excursions are just steps from the home.



This property was also featured on an HGTV beachfront show. The living room and primary bedroom have screened-in porches overlooking Old House Creek, the marsh, and beautiful sunsets. These porches offer guests opportunities to watch dolphins and a variety of other wildlife! Balconies complement the other guest rooms with views of Fripp Island Marina and the pool. The primary bathroom includes a large jetted tub. The living room, boasting a 65" TV, kitchen, and dining area, is open for easy entertaining.



Hunting Island State Park and Historic Beaufort are also just a short distance from the island home. After a fun day at the beach, enjoy your favorite beverage in the backyard while grilling dinner or playing foosball. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Fripp Island and everything that the Lowcountry has to offer!



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars on arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural beauty. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Island Bites for some ice cream!

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted golf and tennis rates.



Your unit includes a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island covering about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
