This very private neighborhood, set among the moss-covered oaks, offers all the beauty and tranquility you desire, with panoramic views of the marsh, Old House Creek, and Fripp Inlet from every room except the front bedroom.



Open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining, and living area, featuring a 55-inch TV with cable and streaming services. Take in the same views from the large back deck or in the separate Carolina Room furnished with a cozy seating area, a large TV, and a variety of games, puzzles, and books for the entire family to enjoy. Two of the bedrooms also have smart TVs, so you can enjoy streaming services.



Outside, there is a large grill, an outdoor shower, a separate fish cleaning area, and some beach toys provided by the owner. This home offers easy access to all the activities on Fripp, just a 5-minute golf cart ride away.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate pets.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
