**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.**

871 Bonito is located at the Marina on Fripp Island. Just steps away from the Marina store, Bonito Boathouse restaurant, and the boat docks. Enjoy stunning views from the front and back patio. You might even see dolphins swimming by during your stay! This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a half bathroom on the main living level.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

Great place and beautiful view of the Marsh from den and bedroom. Loved coffee on screened porch in mornings and Marina location made things very convenient. Plan to stay there in the future.

We had a great week at 871 Bonito! The house was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed staying near the marina and loved the sunset views from the front porch/front bedroom and the sunrise and moon from the back porch/back bedroom. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring the island that way. Would definitely choose to stay here again!
