Oceanview, steps from Beach, Pool, Golf course & Restaurant, super clean!

Welcome to the lovely Village of Newhaven, where ocean and garden views abound.

Our condo has been enjoyed by our family for 20 years and now, the time has come for us to share it with others.

We have a King size, Sleep Number, bed in the Master bedroom, with a couch that makes into a full size bed, if needed, and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The couch is also a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the ocean view or to work remotely. The Master bathroom has a fun, round tub along with a shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an updated bathroom.

Across the street is the Ocean Point golf course and Ocean Pointe Grille. Walk over, have breakfast, go to the driving range or play a round of golf on our 18 hole, ocean front course.

Or if fishing is your preference. we have some of the best fishing at the groan right by Newhaven.

There is also one of the nicest swimming pools, right next to the Newhaven complex. It has a baby pool too! And a beach access at low tide!

We are club members which means that the Club amenity cards are available for purchase.
***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.
