Basic get what you paid for hotel, ideal for a stopover limited but serviceable breakfast and evening dining options a walkable distance, try the german bar which is the nearest!!

Concert at the Zenith Metropole

We were going to the Zenith Metropole in Nantes and this hotel is ideal being just round the corner from it and by the main bus routes around the city if you want to travel into the centre as we did. Staff were great and the room was very quiet. Hotel was clean and well presented. Would definitely use again if we stay in the area.

Plus points: The hotel is not expensive and has a receptionist even late at night. There is a breakfast, which was quite OK, and I was given it for free when I asked as compensation for... The negative points: I was given a key to my room, which didn't work, was given a replacement key, which did work, but found a laptop and two phones charging in the room... which was neat and tidy but clearly occupied by another guest! I was then given another room... which had no towels in it. All this involved four separate trips (three of them up and down stairs with luggage) to sort out. The staff were friendly but inefficient, and giving me a key to someone else's room made me feel unsafe, that security was not sufficient.

Pour une nuit ça passe.

Pour une nuit ça passe. Il faut néanmoins absolument changer les oreillers ! Sinon, chambre propre, spacieuse et personnel hyper sympa. Pb de chasse d'eau qui met 200 ans à se recharger. Hôtel sympa néanmoins.

Chambre propre, bonne literie mais très petites

Points positif: la propreté, la literie le petit-déjeuner et la gentillesse de l'accueil. Points négatifs : chambre avec une vingtaine d'insectes à l'intérieur puis changement de chambre mais réellement très petite. Heureusement que je n'avais pas pris la valise . Le bruit des portes qui claquent est également dérangeant d'autant plus qu'on ne peut pas faire autrement.

Séjour très insatisfaisant

J’ai séjourné au Sure Hôtel by Best Western à Saint-Herblain et je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception. La qualité de la literie était tout simplement indigne d'un hôtel se réclamant d'une telle enseigne : le matelas présentait un affaissement majeur en son centre, rendant toute nuit réparatrice impossible. Dormir dans ces conditions relève du défi et occasionne un réel inconfort physique. Il est inconcevable qu'un hôtel propose à ses clients des équipements aussi vétustes sans en assurer le remplacement ou l'entretien. Pour ces raisons, je déconseille vivement cet établissement et invite la direction à revoir sérieusement ses standards de qualité si elle souhaite conserver la confiance de sa clientèle.
