Welcome to our charming studio located 50 meters from the ocean and the Corniche de Sion which connects Saint Hilaire de Riez to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Sandy beaches, coves and swimming pools await you just a stone's throw away.

Close to numerous seaside, fun and cultural activities, the accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Ile de Noirmoutier or the Ile d'Yeu, Les Sables d'Olonne or for a getaway to Puy du Fou.

Petit appartement à deux pas de la plage. Gérant disponible et sympathique. Tout est réalisée pour rendre le logement fonctionnel. Escaliers pour s'y rendre. Garage à disposition juste assez grand pour un break. Calme.
