"After a long day, I arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I was given a room that I didn’t book, with no prior warning or explanation. When I got upstairs, I was honestly very surprised to see it wasn’t what I had reserved. I went back down to the lobby, and the only response I received was that they didn’t have the room I originally booked. No proper communication or effort to resolve the issue ahead of time, which made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I expected better organization and transparency, especially after a long day of travel."

"Breakfast was good considering it’s part of the booking. The only thing is I booked for 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds& a kitchenette & unfortunately when I went up to my room & I got only 2 Queen beds but no kitchen & very tiny table & it’s kind of dark when you eat.It was so disappointing.😩because I invited 2 family members to also book there so we can have a get together celebration for a night in our room since we have a bigger table & a kitchen.. we ended up booking in a restaurant for our Anniversary.😩😩😩"
