Prestigious residence, quiet and close to everything

  • Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday in high season. See with the owner for exception.
    A deposit of 800 euros will be requested on arrival not at the handing of the keys by check for French or cash for foreigners.

    We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property. Possibility to contact the owner for exception after prior agreement.

    Traditional Buron completely restored with an exceptional view on the lead of the Cantal and the valley of the cère.
    Less than 3 km from the resort of Lioran, enjoy the mountains and rest in peace. In winter: 2 covered car parks in the center of the resort.
    Equipped with a large living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, a mezzanine with 2 sofas BZ, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 2 toilets, flat screen TV, gas heating, fireplace. Near Murat and Aurillac.

L'accueil est super, Laetitia est très chaleureuse. Le buron est très bien équipé, nous étions 9 adultes et 3 enfants et nous n'avons manqué de rien. La literie nous a parfaitement convenu. La localisation est parfaite, proche de la station et nous avons eu l'occasion de voir des biches au pied du buron. Une adresse à retenir merci.

Endroit joli et paisible, des cerfs et des chevreuils venaient paître dans le jardin tous les jours. Proche de la route mais jardin clos et route peu passante.Jeux, livres et dvd à disposition dans le gîte pour tous les âges. Maison typique dans un emplacement idéal et à la vue formidable (dégagée sur le plomb du Cantal) avec une immense prairie coéme jardin !Parfait pour randonner et revenir en fin d’après-midi.Un seul bémol : 2nd étage (pour 4 à 5 personnes) sous les toits trop étriqué (pentes du toit) et rangements insuffisants à cet etage.PS nous étions 4 couples.

Très bon accueil , gîte bien adapté à notre besoin, grand, bien localisé près des pistes et les 2 places de parking dans la station sont un vrai plus. Quelques biches s'approchent le matin de bonne heure et c'est très agréable. Calme.

La maison est très bien située. Notre contact Laetetia a été très précise et notre arrivée s'est très bien passée. La maison est très bien équipée. Les 4 chambres sont assez grandes et la literie confortable. La 5ème chambre est une mezzanine où il n'y a pas d'intimité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Idéal pour repos et rando

Très bon accueil. Le buron est idéalement équipé pour 8 personnes (en couple car lits doubles uniquement). Bonne literie et nombreux accessoires pour cuisiner. Le pré est génial pour se balader ou faire des jeux d'extérieur. Les randos à proximité sont très agréables. Il faudra peut-être prévoir le remplacement d'un des canapés et mettre une table plus adaptée mais ceci n'a pas nuit à notre séjour qui s'est très bien passé.

Très bon séjour dans une maison bien équipée. N’hésitez pas à contacter la personne pour faire le point sur ce qu’il y a de disponible dans la maison. Charme et panorama

Gîte idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Très cosy et fonctionnel à la fois, bien équipé. Le seul petit bémol selon moi est la proximité de la route (et le bruit qui va avec, même si ce n’est pas l’autoroute non plus!). Mais ça doit être parce que je m´étais fait l’image d’un buron isolé ds les alpages.
