"Beds were extremely uncomfortable and very noisy every time you move. Asked at checkin to see about late checkout. Was told to call at 9am and did. Front desk then had to check with housekeeping. 30 mins went by and nothing. Called back and got the same story. Finally got a call back confirming no option for late checkout. Not ideal!"

"The hotel was generally nice, seemed like it was recently renovated in some areas, the staff was friendly and helpful. The Queen bed room was a good size but it lacked some storage and surfaces to spread out your things as you take them out of your luggage. Same in the washroom, more surfaces or hangers would be great. Usually hotels will have water in the mini fridge and provide glasses but not here. The breakfast was really underwhelming though, I think that’s my biggest downside of this property, I love a breakfast buffet but the options were incredibly limited. Every day it was just omelettes, sausages, instant oat meal, sliced bread, 3 options for cereal, and milk / yogurt, apples, oranges, a pancake machine and pre-packaged mini muffins. For a 4 night stay at $900 with breakfast included I hoped there would be a bit more. Still, there are so many cafes and restaurants around the area, I would say definitely skip the included breakfast if you’re staying here and just eat out. Other than that, it was a good stay! "

"Overall it was good. Just imagine you are taking shower and after shampoo you found conditioner is not pumping out. Hotel Parking was also ran out and had to go park at offsite in a library and walk back no shuttle. "
